  • Friend Invitation Information: When you invite someone by email, we use the email address to deliver the invitation and store a protected hash plus a redacted hint so we can manage pending invitations without keeping the raw email address in the friendship record.
  • Communication Data: Any correspondence you send to us, including support requests or feedback.
  • Transactional Data: When you interact with affiliate ticketing links, we may record non-identifiable tracking data (e.g., referral ID, timestamp).

2.2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use the Service, we automatically collect:

  • Analytics and Advertising Providers: Aggregate, pseudonymized insights that help us measure performance.

Friendships and event attendance records linked to your account are removed when your account is deleted. Pending invitations may be retained until they expire or are cancelled, but raw invitee email addresses are not stored in the friendship records.

  • Secure storage via trusted cloud providers

Seektix is not directed at individuals under the age of 16.
