Fischer Z

Fischer-Z is a British rock band led by singer, guitarist and poet John Watts. Formed with original members Steve Skolnik on keyboards, David Graham on bass, and Steve Liddle on drums, the group achieved international success with breakthrough hits including 'So Long' (1980) and 'The Perfect Day' (1987). While Watts pursued a solo career temporarily in 1982, he has continued to release both solo and Fischer-Z projects throughout his career. The band maintains a significant fanbase particularly in Australia, their fourth largest streaming market, and continues to perform internationally.
