Sneaky Sound System

Sneaky Sound System is an Australian dance music group formed in late 2001, known for era-defining hits including 'I Love It' and 'UFO'. Founded by Angus McDonald on guitar, MC Double D on vocoder and vocals, Damien Hesse on DJ, and Nick Broadhurst on saxophone, the group later expanded with vocalist Connie Mitchell in 2004. Their self-titled debut album, released in August 2006, peaked at number 5 on the ARIA Albums Chart and was certified 3x platinum. The breakthrough single 'I Love It' achieved chart longevity, spending 73 weeks in the Top 100. Their second album '2' became their first number-one album in 2008, followed by 'From Here to Anywhere' in 2011. They have received fourteen ARIA Music Awards nominations, winning twice in 2007 for Best Dance Release and Breakthrough Artist - Album. Known for delivering high-energy live shows combining electronic dance music with live instrumentation, they continue to perform across generations with festival anthems and nostalgic tracks.
