Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats

Uncle Acid & the Deadbeats are an English psychedelic rock and doom metal band formed in Cambridge by Kevin Starrs in 2009. The band is known for their distinctive fusion of warped psychedelic pop, downer blues, and doom-metal intensity, characterized by haunting melodies, layered vocal harmonies, eerie cinematic arrangements, and crushing riffs. They have released six studio albums and one live album, with their most recent studio album Nell' Ora Blu released in May 2024. The band has built a reputation as a compelling live act in contemporary rock and appears regularly at festivals across Europe and internationally.
