Richmond

The Richmond Football Club, known as the Tigers, was formed in 1885 and competes in the VFL/AFL competition. The club has won 13 premierships in its history, with recent successes in 2017, 2019, and 2020. Based at Punt Road Oval since its inception, Richmond's home ground has evolved to include the Swinburne Centre, a state-of-the-art training facility that supports the club's AFL, AFLW, and VFL teams. The club's administrative and football operations, along with the Korin Gamadji Institute and Bachar Houli Foundation, are headquartered at Punt Road Oval. Richmond plays most of its games at the MCG while also using Marvel Stadium for select matches.
