Aloe Blacc is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer known for contemporary R&B, neo soul, and pop soul music. He gained international recognition as a featured artist on Avicii's 2013 single "Wake Me Up", which topped charts in 22 countries including Australia and the UK. As a lead artist, he is known for hit singles "I Need a Dollar" and "The Man", the latter reaching number one on the UK Singles Chart. Beyond his solo career, Aloe Blacc is a member of the hip hop duo Emanon alongside record producer Exile.
