Bodyjar

Bodyjar is an Australian pop punk band formed in 1990 who became notable for their 2000 album How It Works, which achieved gold status and became an influential record in punk and pop punk music. The Melbourne-based group originally performed under different names including Damnation and Helium before adopting the Bodyjar name in 1994. Known for their energetic punk sound, the band has maintained a presence in the Australian music scene and continues to perform, including regional and metropolitan tours celebrating their landmark recordings.
