Wage War is an American metalcore band formed in Ocala, Florida in 2010, originally under the name Empires. The band consists of lead vocalist Briton Bond, lead guitarist Seth Blake, rhythm guitarist and clean vocalist Cody Quistad, bassist Chris Gaylord, and drummer Stephen Kluesener. Known for their snarling breakdowns, infectious hooks, and melodic metalcore sound, Wage War released their debut full-length album Blueprints in 2015 and have since released five studio albums including their 2024 album Stigma. Their music explores themes of mental health, introspection, and perseverance, and they achieved a number one spot on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with their single Magnetic. The band has built an explosive live reputation through performances alongside major acts including Slipknot, A Day To Remember, Papa Roach, Architects, Parkway Drive, and Three Days Grace, as well as festival appearances at Louder Than Life, Sick New World, and Sonic Temple. They recently released the EP It Calls Me By Name.
