The Superjesus are an Australian alternative rock band formed in Adelaide in late 1994. Their debut album Sumo peaked at No. 2 on the ARIA Albums Chart, followed by their second album Jet Age reaching No. 5 and third album Rock Music peaking at No. 14. Known for top 40 singles including 'Down Again', 'Now and Then', 'Gravity', and 'Stick Together', the band won Best New Talent and Breakthrough Artist awards at the ARIA Music Awards in 1997. The group disbanded in mid-2004 and reunited in 2013. With lead vocalist Sarah McLeod and bassist Stuart Rudd as mainstays, the band has undergone multiple line-up changes and released a self-titled fourth studio album in March 2025.
