Bachelor Girl is an Australian pop duo formed in 1992 by vocalist Tania Doko and musician/producer James Roche. Their 1998 debut single 'Buses and Trains' became a top-10 hit in Australia and New Zealand, charting in Sweden and the UK. Their debut album Waiting for the Day achieved platinum certification and reached the top 20 on the ARIA Albums Chart. With follow-up hits including 'Treat Me Good', 'Permission to Shine', and 'Lucky Me', Bachelor Girl has sold over 500,000 albums and singles worldwide.
