Casey Donovan is an Indigenous Australian singer and actress best known for winning the second season of Australian Idol in 2004 at age 16, making her the show's youngest winner. Over a two-decade career, she has established herself as a powerhouse vocalist and celebrated entertainer, performing to over 2 million people across hit musicals including The Sapphires, We Will Rock You, Chicago, 9 To 5, & Juliet, and Sister Act. Beyond music and theatre, Donovan has appeared on screen in productions such as Streetsmart and How To Stay Married, won the third series of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here in 2017, and hosted the NITV music show Fusion with Casey Donovan and the NAIDOC Awards. She holds an ARIA number 1 single and multiple platinum awards. A proud Gumbaynggirr and Dunghutti woman, Donovan is also an author, podcast host, and advocate for literacy and mental health, known for her memoir Big, Beautiful & Sexy and her podcast The Space, which has garnered over 3 million downloads.
