Pseudo Echo

Pseudo Echo is an Australian new wave band formed in 1982 by Brian Canham, Pierre Gigliotti, and Tony Lugton. The Melbourne-based group achieved multiple Australian top 20 hits during the 1980s including 'Listening', 'A Beat for You', 'Don't Go', 'Love an Adventure', and 'Living in a Dream'. Their 1986 cover of 'Funkytown' became an international success, reaching number 1 in Australia and New Zealand and top ten status in Sweden, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The band continues to perform with a dynamic six-piece live lineup.
